One good, one D.O.A.

I applaud a good product but this one only came with one earbud that actually worked the other one was Dead on arrival very unhappy about this in the past when I've had a jlab sport I haven't had this issue I was trying my hardest to find a good quality and earbud too.

JLAB flex

JLABs…What Are Those?

To me...JLABs is a phenomenal pair of earbuds that are stylish, budget friendly, and a must have. Amazing

These earbuds are amazing! The bass is like no other for the price you're paying. They are just as good if not better then the expensive raycons and these are a better price! I've had just about everyone i know buy a pair of jlabs and everyone who has loves them. Between me and my husband we own 4 pairs.

They won't work

The case looks very cool and it works but when I take the earbuds out of the case they don't turn on and there is white stuff coming out of the back of the left earbud.

The JBuds air buds worked for a while, then suddenly only one side OR the other would bluetooth connect to my iPhone when I followed the "first time set up" instructions.. I tried many times to disconnect and reconnect by carefully following the instructions, If the right bud worked, when i tried to connect the left bud, the right bud would disconnect. If the left connected, when I tried to connect the right, the left would disconnect.

So I opened the box and tried to turn on the earbuds but they didn't turn on so I thought that they needed to charge. I left them in the case plugged into my xbox, the next day the same thing, they would not turn on i tried everything in the startup guide i even tried to se the full user manual on the website but there is quote "no manuals available." So my questions are why will they not turn on? And why do you not have any manuals for the jbuds air anc?

does this product have tile compatibility, and if not why is it an option to activate tile on the tile app

Whats the difference between the air anc https://www.jlab.com/products/jbuds-air-anc-true-wireless-earbuds-gen-2?variant=39531133435976 and the air pro anc https://www.jlab.com/products/jbuds-air-pro-anc-true-wireless-earbuds?variant=39842823569480 which one is better, which one is smaller in size which is newer These two products are very confusing as same price and very similar

I personally like the JBuds Air Pro ANC more as it has multipoint which helps me bounce back and forth between listening to music on my phone then jumping straight onto calls from my laptop. For first time set up: Press and hold both buttons 3+ seconds to power ON. One earbud blinks blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device. Select “JLab JBuds Air ANC” in your device settings. Voice prompt “Bluetooth connected” followed by solid white lights will indicate you are connected.
Allow outside noises in with Be Aware Audio. This new JLab technology allows outside ambient noise in through the earbuds. Triple tap either earbud to turn on or off.
