Thomas Detry quickly made his mark in professional golf, earning his European Tour card for the 2017 season just five months after his debut. His early success included a top 5 finish at the Challenge Tour’s KPMG Trophy and a historic win at the Bridgestone Challenge. Before turning pro, Detry stood out in collegiate golf at the University of Illinois, ranking in the Top 10 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings.

In 2018, Detry won the World Cup of Golf with partner Thomas Pieters, representing Belgium, at Metropolitan Golf Club in Melbourne, Australia. Detry also represented Team Belgium in the 2020 Olympics, hosted in 2021. He has 6 top-10 finishes on the PGA Tour, including a 2nd place at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship. Detry is currently 68th in the Official Golf Rankings.
