Love these!

I have now ordered this exact same pair of earbuds three times. (they were stolen from me twice). If they were stolen again I would repurchase. Sound quality is great love the design and the battery is pretty good too. I prefer these over my airpod pros, except I wish they had noise cancellation. Can't beat it for the price!

Only one complaint

My exact product isn't listed in the app or in registration. I bought JLab Go true wireless earbuds, but the only options here are for Go Tones+, Go Sport, etc. I just picked the one I thought was closest. Otherwise, can't get better true wireless earbuds for $16! Their battery life far exceeds other brands and the quality of JLab is consistent. That's why my only complaint is the lack of attention to an important detail like what products are actually available to buy and register. That just doesn't seem congruent with the quality shown in every other area.

Pretty good set

My only issue is I can't turn them on without the case, but otherwise I'm very happy with them. They're still working just fine after almost a year, where the pair I returned prior to buying them couldn't even last amazon's return period.

Unpaired

They worked for a few days and then when I went to pair them, it kept saying "An app is needed to use this device". Restarted phone, same thing. Icon next to the item picture was a phone/tablet not the 4 boxes with headphones on it (like the original pair). So I'm just putting them in a drawer.

What type of charging port does the pop use. I can’t find one to charge tjem

why wont my left jlab go air tone connect it just blinks a steady blue no matter what i look up and try nothing works

For JLab products with rechargeable batteries

This product does not come with a charger/wall adapter. The power delivered by the charger must be between min 2.5 Watts required by the radio equipment and max 5 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.

Place the earbuds in the charging case to power them off and start charging. The case has an integrated USB-C charging cable. A blinking blue light means the case is charging, and it will turn solid blue when fully charged.
The JLab Go Tones+ offer 35+ hours of total playtime. Each earbud provides up to 9+ hours of playtime on a single charge, and the charging case provides an additional 26+ hours.
With fast charging capabilities, you can get an hour of playtime with just 10 minutes of charging. For a full charge, place the earbuds in the case until the indicator light shows they're fully charged.
The JLab Go Tones+ True Wireless Earbuds have an IPX4 rating for the earbuds only. This means they are splashproof and sweatproof, making them ideal for workouts.
