Left earbud issue

i m using since yesterday and i noticed that my left earbud battery percentage down very quickly, i mean battery showing 100% and suddenly dropped to 92%and after few seconds drop to 88 or 82% the right side earbud battery percentage is stable not found any battery related issue but the lift one is making me worrying, Regards and best wishes for JLab

Best earbuds made by JLAB

These earbuds (epic air ANC) are the best fitting and sounding out of all. I have the new epic sport 3 , epic lab edition (feel too heavy and not worth the cost) all the way down to the smallest mini ear buds.(really like these too) I think these and the true wireless pro are no doubt the best fitting. Was going to include picture but it won't let me.

I have a pair of the EpicAir earbuds that I haven't used in awhile, been using a wired pair of JLab earbuds. I don't recall how to turn these on or pair them with my phone, the phone says I need an app; I never have before. Is there a download able manual for these?

An app is not required to use our devices. You can try the troubleshoot below or reach out to us at support@jlab.com for further assistance to resolve your connection issues. 1. Force quit app 2. Forget BLE connection from BT settings 3. Re-pair to the correct name

Hello, I am a big JLaber. I love your headphones ever since discovering them in an airport. I unfortunately lost one of my earbuds and would like to replace to a new earbud set. My only question is, out of all your products out now. Which is the best earbuds that go in your ear, has a built in USB port, BEST NOISE CANCELLATION in your entire line (really adamant on that feature) and ability to track ear buds when lost. Thank you for your help.
