What type of charging port does the pop use. I can’t find one to charge tjem

why wont my left jlab go air tone connect it just blinks a steady blue no matter what i look up and try nothing works

For JLab products with rechargeable batteries

This product does not come with a charger/wall adapter. The power delivered by the charger must be between min 2.5 Watts required by the radio equipment and max 5 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.

Place the earbuds in the charging case to power them off and start charging. The case has an integrated USB-C charging cable. A blinking blue light means the case is charging, and it will turn solid blue when fully charged.
The JLab Go Tones+ offer 35+ hours of total playtime. Each earbud provides up to 9+ hours of playtime on a single charge, and the charging case provides an additional 26+ hours.
With fast charging capabilities, you can get an hour of playtime with just 10 minutes of charging. For a full charge, place the earbuds in the case until the indicator light shows they're fully charged.
The JLab Go Tones+ True Wireless Earbuds have an IPX4 rating for the earbuds only. This means they are splashproof and sweatproof, making them ideal for workouts.
