Mute

I'm a CSR and I got a final for call avoidance because headset got stuck in mute. I tried to unmute and it wouldn't work not until I discount the usb then reconnect, also turn of the headset then turn back on. I'm not happy about this I could even apply for an opening because of the call avoidance final. Unhappy customer. I work from home and want to mute to function as should. My job is on the line

Great work headset!

Great work headset! Works very good with Bluetooth. Doggie does not work well with computer system. Overall the best headset I've had so far!

don't work

i thought that they would work with my landline att cordless phone and they do not. now i cannot return them without losing almost everything i paid to bestbuy

I just purchased a Go Work headset and connected it to my W11 laptop and iPhone. The latency is too big to be able to watchTV or Youtube, the lip syncing is terrible. I connected through bluetooth and through the dongle, but the latency stays bad (both on my laptop and my phone). What can I do to fix this? Thanks for your support.

Can the USB-C Dongle convert to USB? My work computer does not have a USB-C Dongle port. I thought this can be wireless with the desktop PC?
