planned obsolescence

keyboard works okay - though I seem to have to take a few keystrokes to wake it up every time I boot the my computer. However, their ad, confirmed by a phone call to, JLab support says that this battery will last 10+ months and cannot be replaced by users. In response to my question, they said 10+ months means - "It simply refers to the keyboard lasting over 10+ months with multiple recharge cycles.". Why would I want a $30 - $40 keyboard that only has 10+ months of life - that makes no sense to me.

Frist key hit does not take

Frist key hit does not take and needs to be hit second time, very inconvenient! After second hit works OK, but this happens every time you use the keyboard after a pause in typing.

can this battery be replaced? even rechargeable don't last forever.

The battery on the JBuds keyboard cannot be replaced. Should you encounter any issues, our Bluetooth products come with a 2-year warranty!

Will my existing jlab go mouse connect with a jlab keyboard that didnt come in a combo?

You can use any combination of our products as they'll connect to your devices' Bluetooth. If you'd like to connect The GO mouse using the same dongle, you will need to use a GO keyboard.
